Notes of Note
Lance Lee
My recent review of the goings-on in the contemporay
world has led me to muse of the six year foundation I drew
off from Ridley with and mutter of that we might stress
from then to equip our teen aged crop in 2017.
At this point I want very much to be there. Please save me
a pew.
Ever, Lance

Hi John
I was planning on attending in September however in the
past week or so I am facing a serious operation shortly.
I have a thoracic aneurysm which needs repair asap. Post
op is quite lengthily and risky.
It's been quite a trip since 1957.
Best wishes to you and everyone for a successful reunion.

John,
Thanks for the notices and your efforts. I’m sad to see the
list of those who have passed on. I don’t think I can make it
but I do have to go to Toronto about that time. I will see if I
can tie it together. Don’t register me for anything at this
point. I hear you about availability. If I can do it I will follow
up. Best wishes,
David

Unfortunately I will not be able to attend our reunion.
Please say hi to all who attend from our year. Peter
Anthony Davidson Smith aka PADS will also not be able to
make the reunion. He now lives in Australia where his
daughter and family live. He has had some medical issues
over the last few years and a trip to Canada would be too
much. I am in touch with Joanna his daughter and she
asked me to contact you.
My news for you is that I got married last Thursday. My late
wife Sue died in 2012 of pancreatic cancer and my new
wife Elizabeth, a friend, was one of her caregivers.
Sorry not to be able to join the class for the reunion Have a
great fun weekend. Cheers, Crick

Hi John
So sorry I wont be there this year…. my wife, Kim, is
battling multiple myeloma and I just need to be near her in
case there is an event..
Really wanted to come but life moves on… Ridley was the
best thing that ever happened to me..
Here is a shot of the two of us taken by my son, Jonathan,
while we Facetimed two days ago…

Hi John
We sold our house and moved into an apartment in June and
life has been frenetic ever since.
Unfortunately I have a meeting September 22 and an all-day
Board meeting on September 23 and so I will have to give the
60th Reunuin a miss. Please give my best wishes to those in
attendance.
I tried to send an email to Dick Irwin at the email address
supplied and it was returned to me. Dick’s full name as I
remember it was Richard Moffat Irwin. According to Canada
411 there is a Richard A. Irwin at the address (Abercorn) listed
for Dick and the same phone number. There was no answer
when I phoned.
